1. If you are interested in both history and alcohol; you are in luck and you should go to the Eastern Market walking brewery history tour. In this tour you will visit 6 former breweries in the Detroit area from the 1800s-1900s plus you get to have a taste sample of those breweries beers as well.

2. If going downtown not your thing, you can go to Harrison Township on the 28th called Bass, Brews, BBQ festival. It an outdoor event you can take your friends where can you see some nice boats and some great BBQ.

3. Detroit mansions bus tour

For our seniors that have a nice amount of money to spare being your friends to view Detroit's most beautiful mansions throughout the city on a bus tour. Even though the ticket price may be 60 dollars, able to step inside this alluring works of interior design that housed Detroit's elites in the past is simply amazing.
