1. If you are interested in both history and alcohol; you are in luck and you should go to the Eastern Market walking brewery history tour. In this tour you will visit 6 former breweries in the Detroit area from the 1800s-1900s plus you get to have a taste sample of those breweries beers as well.

2. If going downtown not your thing, you can go to Harrison Township on the 28th called Bass, Brews, BBQ festival. It an outdoor event you can take your friends where can you see some nice boats and some great BBQ.

3. In lastly, for the first week of Fall, come to the Clinton Fall Festival on Sep. 27 thru Sep. 29. There will be kids events, car shows, parades, and etc. Did I mention its FREE. so come on down and enjoy your weekend here.
